Michael E. Giffin, Esq.
Originally from Laurel, Miss., and now residing in Manchester, Tenn., Mike has been a partner in the firm since 1998 practicing primarily in the field of domestic relations, personal injury, and criminal litigation. Mike has a vast experience in family and juvenile law handling divorces, child custody and visitation matters, support issues, adoptions and juvenile dependency and neglect/termination cases. He has handled numerous domestic relations cases in trial courts throughout Middle Tennessee as well as at the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Nashville. Mike has been practicing since 1990 and is also knowledgeable in the areas of civil litigation and real estate law.
