Terry D. Gregory, Esq.
Originally from Tullahoma, Tenn., and now residing in Lynchburg, Tenn., Terry began practicing law in 1986 in the law firm of Attorney Sam Sawyer located in Tullahoma, Tenn.. Later in 1986, he joined the law firm of Morrison, Billingsley and Gregory in Tullahoma, Tenn. In 1992, he left the law firm of Morrison, Billingsley and Gregory and joined the law firm of Robertson and Worsham, which is now the law firm of Robertson, Worsham, Gregory & Giffin, PLLC. Terry has extensive experience in the area of Bankruptcy and filing Chapter 7s and Chapter 13s. Terry also has experience in the area of real estate law and personal injury. Terry was elected to the position of Moore County General Sessions/Juvenile Court Judge in Lynchburg, Tenn., in 2004 in a special election and was re-elected to a full term in 2006. In January 2011, Terry was appointed to serve as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Terry and his family enjoy camping as well as Tennessee Titans and University of Tennessee football and Nashville Predators Hockey. Terry and his wife, Rhonda, have two sons: John, who is attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn., and Robert, who is attending Moore County High School in Lynchburg, Tenn. Terry and his family are members of the County Line Church of Christ in Lynchburg, Tenn.
